The Guardian platform ensures the monitoring and control of environmental parameters inside buildings
The wireless sensor networks are technological infrastructures composed by intelligent nodes, able to detect physical informations of the surrounding environment . Each node has 3 main features:
Each node is battery powered, for a maximum of 6V. In order to reduce power consumption it is integrated with very low power techniques, it is also equipped with a electronic card to sample data from specific sensors.
In order to realize the WSN monitoring also in historical buildings, Guardian has created a solution entirely based on wireless devices, that are ultra-compact and with a low-visual impact.
The nodes of the Guardian – inBuildings , are embedded with temperature and humidity sensors; they are also able to handle other external 7 sensors for the measure of air streams, brightness, atmospheric pressure or any structural vibrations of the building.
